These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Learner", "User", or "you") and RaveMy Educational Technologies Inc. ("RaveMy", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our platform, curricula, web applications, and related services.
By creating an account, accessing course materials, or submitting payments on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age in applicable jurisdictions including the European Economic Area) to use RaveMy. Account Registration and Credential Security
To access courses, track learning progress, and receive accredited certificates, you must register for a verified RaveMy account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and maintain its accuracy over time.
Security Responsibilities
- Single-User License: Account credentials, purchased coursework, and private repository access are strictly for your individual use. Concurrent or shared access across multiple individuals is strictly prohibited.
- Credential Protection: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Prompt Notification: You must notify RaveMy immediately at support@ravemy.co if you discover or suspect unauthorized access to or compromise of your account.
Course Enrollment, Subscriptions, and Payments
RaveMy provides both individual course purchases and recurring subscription memberships. Pricing, currency denomination, and enrollment scope are clearly specified at checkout prior to purchase confirmation.

Billing and Payment Processing
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways (such as Stripe and Paystack). RaveMy does not store or process raw credit card numbers.
- Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable sales, value-added (VAT), or goods and services taxes associated with your purchases based on your billing jurisdiction.
- Recurring Renewals: Subscription memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your account settings.

Refund Conditions
- Timely Request: The refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the original transaction timestamp.

- Upon enrollment, RaveMy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and execute materials solely for your personal educational development.
- You may not record, redistribute, publish, mirror, sublicense, or sell any RaveMy instructional content without prior written authorization.
Student Project Ownership
- You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of all original code, capstone projects, applications, design mockups, and portfolios you create and submit during your coursework.
- By submitting projects to public peer review boards, you grant RaveMy a limited license to display your project thumbnail, code snippet, or demonstration within platform student showcases.
Academic Integrity and Acceptable Use
RaveMy is a collaborative, global learning community founded on mutual respect, academic honesty, and constructive collaboration. All participants must abide by these baseline rules of conduct.
Prohibited Actions
- Academic Dishonesty & Plagiarism: Submitting another person's solutions, code repositories, or unauthorized answer keys as your own verified work.
- Unauthorized Sharing & Piracy: Uploading, torrenting, or distributing course videos, challenge prompts, or downloadable resources to third-party sites.
- Platform Abuse: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or probe vulnerabilities in RaveMy web services, APIs, or database systems.
- Harassment & Hate Speech: Engaging in discriminatory, offensive, defamatory, or harassing conduct toward instructors, staff, or fellow learners.
Interactive Features, AI Assistance & Community
RaveMy integrates interactive code playgrounds, peer feedback channels, and automated educational assistants (such as Luna AI) to augment your learning pace.
Automated and AI-driven feedback features are designed for instructional guidance and problem exploration. While we strive for accuracy, automated suggestions are educational references and should be critically evaluated by the learner.
Learners are responsible for reviewing and verifying the outputs of any automated coding tools before integrating them into production environments.
Account Suspension, Termination, and Cancellation
You have the right to terminate your account and cancel your enrollment at any time by navigating to your Account Settings or emailing support@ravemy.co.
RaveMy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, restrict your access to platform forums, or revoke completion certificates without refund in the event of:
Grounds for Administrative Action
- Material or repeated violations of these Terms of Service or our Code of Conduct.
- Demonstrated fraudulent payment activity, chargeback abuse, or identity misrepresentation.
- Serious breaches of academic integrity or widespread distribution of proprietary course assets.
Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The RaveMy platform and all instructional content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.
Career & Employment Outcomes: While our curricula are authored to industry benchmarks and equip students with job-ready skills, RaveMy does not guarantee employment, promotion, specific salary thresholds, or external licensing exam success.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RaveMy and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform. In all cases, our total aggregate liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by you to RaveMy during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Arbitration
Informal Resolution: In the event of any disagreement or claim arising out of these Terms, you agree to first contact our legal team at legal@ravemy.co to seek an amicable, informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute relating thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Arbitration Agreement: Any unresolved dispute shall be resolved through confidential, binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), waiving any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
Modifications to Terms and Contact Information
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms periodically to address platform feature releases, legal adjustments, or educational best practices. When material adjustments occur, we will notify registered learners via email or prominent platform banners at least 15 days before the revisions take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated provisions.
